Public presence
A fast, credible public experience with content management, SEO and the right structure for the way your services are actually sold.

Custom business platforms
For service businesses that need their website, lead intake, client workflows and reporting to work as one system — without forcing the business into disconnected tools.
One connected journey
The problem
The public experience may look polished while the real customer journey is still split between forms, email, spreadsheets, analytics and manual follow-up. The missing value is usually in the connection between those steps.
Website
generates interest
Form / inbox
receives the inquiry
Spreadsheet / memory
tracks what happens next
Analytics
knows about traffic, not the client outcome
I build the layer that connects those steps.
The goal is not more software. It is one coherent product around the workflow that already exists in the business.
What I build
The exact scope changes with the business. These are the four areas the platform foundation is designed to connect.
A fast, credible public experience with content management, SEO and the right structure for the way your services are actually sold.
Turn anonymous traffic into structured opportunities and keep the acquisition context attached to the inquiry instead of losing it in an inbox.
Create a clear internal workflow around ownership, progression and client state without forcing the business into an oversized generic system.
Connect traffic and acquisition data with the business outcomes you actually care about, using the platform as the source of truth for leads and clients.
The foundation
Every implementation can start from a modular foundation I have already built across authentication, content, client workflows, analytics, security and production operations. The reusable part handles common product infrastructure; the business-specific part is where the implementation should actually differ.
This is not a generic template sold unchanged. Terminology, workflows, permissions, data, presentation and integrations are adapted around the client's real operating model.

Custom experience
A focused product that feels built for the business
Proven in a real implementation
The current flagship implementation started from a real legal-services use case and grew into a modular platform that connects a public website, content, inquiries, clients, analytics and business intelligence.
The case study shows the product decisions, workflows, architecture, security boundaries and deliberate trade-offs — not just the final interface.

Fit
The foundation is intentionally broad enough to adapt, but it is not meant to be universal software for every kind of company.

Process
The goal is to understand the system the business actually needs before deciding what should be built.
We map where customers come from, what happens after an inquiry and where the current process loses time, context or visibility.
I define the smallest coherent platform that solves the actual problem — including what should deliberately stay outside the product.
The reusable foundation is adapted to your terminology, brand, workflows, permissions, data model and required integrations.
The platform is configured for production, tested around the critical workflows and refined from real use rather than hypothetical feature lists.
